K

I am the first to review it, hear me roar! Or something completely different. Not bad, but more of these clips are needed in my opinion, and the animation was a bit jumpy in places. I liked the credits music though.

Yea it's a pitty :'( i realised i used 24 fps after i made most of it. Sorry it was so short. I'll make Metroid: Invasion long.

Piconjo <3's j00... or something

Bleh, I don't really follow the Piconjo stuff as much as I used to. Nice artwork anyway. I'd just suggest making it a bit faster.

I have a friend who's a Tool fan. Of course, she's also a semi-toady (she at least agrees that the later LF stuff sucks) so if I showed this to her she COULD (but might not) be all like "OGM Y DID YUO RUNE MEH 1337 SOGN?!"

Anyway, good job. Piconjo <3's j00 and stuff.

Insanity at its best

This is how all KH spoofs should be done. That was very funny. The bad voice for Donald added to the humour of it in my opinion. I also like Goofy's comment regarding the Heartless too.

RogerregoRRoger responds:

glad you look at the b right side for Donalds horrible voice then ^^

Hey, nice work

That was pretty good, been ages since I played Harvest Moon.. Sprite usage was great, the little things in the background (like the dog jumping over the fence) gave it some life and the humour was good. Voices added to the flash, but I personally think the shopkeeper's voice needed to be a bit clearer.

Nice work, good to see some more humour based sprite parodies.

HA HA HA! Classic

Came across this looking through the flashes of the past few days, seeing as I was AFK. Stupid FF fans complaining about this and 0-ing it. Oh well (are you Tootbook under an alt by the way? This looks a bit like that "Fight fight" thingy from a week or so ago, or at least the same style).

I like how it rips on all the FFVI animations that have Kefka come back from the dead (there's been a lot recently) along with the "self-composed" FF music. That, and Kefka's laugh was bearable in this, seeing as it wasn't the crappy digitised one. Classic stuff, I demand another episode of this epic tale!

SOcoreFT responds:

I maid that moovee but tootbook asked if he cood submit so i said "rofl" and he did it. "then i said" penis and it passed judgement :' ( i love you

Good

Yeah, I'm biased because I'm a Zelda fanboy. =P But this was enjoyable. Whoever made the preloader game did a nice job.

Xanadu32: Dunno whether you were going for serious or funny in this one. Seemed like a bit of both, seeing as the shatter mask raised a smile. 7/10

Masa Mune: Not bad at all. Nice work with Link to the Past sprites, especially considering they're quite limiting to work with. The Uncle revive thing seemed a bit cheesy though. 7/10

Cryokenetic: Now this one I liked. Yeah, the show's as cheesy as hell but it made me smile at the memories of it (even though I can go on Zelda Universe or Yahooligans TV and watch it any time =P). Although Zelda falls in the water in the actual opening at the "Nice job, HERO!" part. 8/10

Luigi_dude12: Great action in this one. Plus nice use of music too. Only gripe is that it seemed to be cut short. 8/10

Overall, nice work.

(who do I talk to to take part in one of these if there'll be another?)

Xanadu32 responds:

Thanks for the review Luke. If you want to be in one, you can contact me (Xan32) my msn email address in my profile. I'd be good to hear from you in the future.

The music...

... in the interactive scene, the music keeps overlapping itself. You might want to fix that. Nothing else to say otherwise, good work.

PS: Regarding how the extra scene is possible, just remember the old Bob and George motto: "There are no plotholes!"

Cryokenetic responds:

Yes....the music....I KNOW....

Also, from B&G, "I hate time travel" ^_^

Well done my friend

Isn't a bit of that from the second TT? =P Anyway, great work on this, very fast-paced. The menu screen was good, and music was well chosen. Only problem I had was I had to lower the quality about halfway through. I take it we'll get an explanation of what's to come in the next one, seeing as not a lot was explained here. Ah well, action is always good.

Keep up the great work.

Kaosboy85 responds:

Thanks Shadow! I'm glad you likd it:)... Sprite TT... what ever are you talking about:-p

SERPENT!

You actually got it through, good work. I helped protect this so I demand cookies and stuff.

Anyway, seeing as I must be constructive. Try and learn how to move the camera across the screen so it looks like it's scrolling through the level. And make use of that preloader script I sent you, too if you can. Remember, two keyframes at the start and paste it in, then create a circle or whatever and convert it to a button, click on it then paste the third script I sent. Compress the audio too (right-click on it in the library, go to properties and choose to uncheck the "Imported MP3 Quality" box). Hope that helps a bit. And remember I can't baby you through it, I had to learn a lot of stuff on my own. Anyway, later.

Serpent101 responds:

Okay, I just ope this doesn't get blammed so I can reffer back to this message to make a preloader...
Oh and you'll hTave to send me the code again. I didn't save it, but it is good that this flash is-- OH CRAP! I FORGOT WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT! Sorry folks, but I R crazy at times

Man, I'm reviewing a lot tonight...

And a good point is raised in this movie. Face facts, people; LF has slipped. A lot. I liked Return of Ganondorf, the Resident Evil stuff and the first two One Rings. But then... blah. As I said on the BBS a few days ago, Pikanjo, MetalMaverick and the Super Flash Bros saved Matrix Has You. And Gerkinman here did the only decent segment in Matrix Still Has You (in my opinion anyway. And I'm not just saying that because I'm reviewing your flash, I honestly thought it was the only decent one).

I'm guessing the low volume in this was in contrast to LF's crackling volume, and then the final line nearly killed my speakers. There were some quite humourous parts in this, mainly in the pictures shown. The funniest thing was that you seemingly cranked this out in a DAY when LF and Boe supposedly spent months on their one. And did you ever stop for breath while recording that? Anyway, good message and the more sane among NG users will agree fully.

A thing with stuff.
